  一、uv涂料优缺点

  uv油漆优点:

  uv油漆最大的特点就是色泽相对于其他的油漆来说更加的稳定,不会因为时间的增加让其变黄,并且固含量极高,能在最短的时间内将漆膜固定,而且漆膜本身比较的坚硬,还具有耐刮伤、耐酸碱等特点,不容易受到破坏,因此它是烤漆门板最佳选材之一。

  uv油漆的第二个优点就是环保,现在都流行低碳生活,uv油漆在生产过程中没有添加任何有害人体健康的物质,因此uv油漆不会对施工工人造成伤害,在使用过程中,uv油漆更是不会会发出有害气体,因此任何的消费者都可以放心的使用,并且它的施工也是很简单,给施工人员减少了很多的施工难度。


  uv油漆缺点:

  uv油漆在生产过程中需要大量的生产设备,许多的生产商都不愿意投入较多的金钱在这方面,因为这些设备一旦运转,每天的消费是比较大的,如果没有接到大型的订单,很多生产商不会生产。

  虽然uv油漆具有良好的性能,但是其面漆效果又比PU面漆要差一些,因此它是一个处于中间段的产品,目前的消费水准以及技术含量都出现了一个极端的模式,要么要质量最好,价格昂贵也无所谓,要么质量差点但是价格要便宜,而uv油漆并不符合这两者之一。


  二、uv涂料施工方式

  1、UV腻子漆施工:UV固化腻子通常用于表面平滑度较差的木材,如刨花板、纤维板等,漆作用是填充底材小孔及微细缺陷,密封底材表面,使随后涂装的装饰性涂料不会被吸入而引起的不平整,从而为 粗材质材料提供 光滑的表面。UV腻子漆固化速度快、加工物件表面干爽、可降低砂磨操作的次数,提高了产品的竞争力。在使用UV腻子漆时,需要先用粗砂纸对基材表面进行打磨清洁,然后采用刮涂的方式进行涂布,UV辐照5~6秒固化,再以280#~400#砂纸打磨,然后涂覆UV漆以及面漆。打磨的目的在于提高层间附着力。

  2、UV底漆施工:UV底漆应用于表面较为光滑平整的木材表面。涂装工艺主要包括刷涂、喷涂或淋涂等几种法。涂覆一层UV底漆后,低黏度的涂料可以向木材细小开孔渗透,通过膜层的折射效果保留并强化木纹和孔粒结构的自然美感,UV光辐照7~8秒固化,固化后,经砂纸打磨后,再用UV面漆罩光固化,获得光滑饱满、平整的罩光效果。其打磨目的也是在于提高层与层之间的附着力。

  3、UV面漆施工:UV面漆广泛应用于天然木材或木饰面,产生高光泽闭纹或亚光纹路的涂饰效果。面漆涂层除了起到美化装饰作用以外,还赋予许多特殊的性能,比如:耐溶剂、耐热、耐磨、耐特殊化学品等。涂装工艺主要包括刷涂、喷涂或淋涂等,UV光辐照8~10秒钟固化直接成型。

Uv paint shortcomings: 

Uv paint requires a lot of production equipment in the production process, and many manufacturers are reluctant to invest more money in this area, because once these equipment is in operation, the daily consumption is relatively large, if no large orders have been received. 

Many manufacturers do not produce. 

Although uv paint has good performance, but its finish effect is worse than PU finish, so it is in the middle of the product, the current consumption level and technical content have appeared an extreme pattern. 

It doesn't matter if you want the best quality, it doesn't matter if it's expensive, or the quality is poor but the price is cheap, and uv paint doesn't match either of the two.


II. Construction mode of uv coating. 

1. UV putty paint construction: UV curing putty is usually used for wood with poor surface smoothness, such as particleboard, fibreboard, etc., the lacquer action is to fill the substrate with small holes and fine defects, seal the surface of the substrate, 

So that the subsequent painting of the decorative coating will not be inhaled caused by the uneven, thus providing a smooth surface for the coarse material. 

The curing speed of UV putty paint is fast, the surface of processed objects is dry, the number of sand grinding operations can be reduced, and the competitiveness of products can be improved. 

When using UV putty paint, the surface of the substrate needs to be polished and cleaned with coarse sandpaper, then coated by scraping, cured by UV irradiation for 5 to 6 seconds, then polished with 280mm 40mm sandpaper, and then coated with UV paint and topcoat. 

The purpose of grinding is to improve interlayer adhesion. 

2. Construction of UV primer: UV primer is applied to the smooth wood surface. 

The painting process mainly includes several methods, such as brush coating, spraying or leaching coating and so on. 

After being coated with a layer of UV primer, the coating with low viscosity can penetrate into the fine pores of wood, retain and strengthen the natural beauty of wood grain and pore structure through the refraction effect of the film layer. UV light irradiation solidifies for 7 to 8 seconds. After curing, it is sanded with sandpaper. 

Then the UV topcoat is used for light curing to obtain a smooth, full and smooth finish.

3. UV topcoat construction: UV topcoat is widely used in natural wood or wood finish, resulting in high gloss closed grain or sub-gloss grain finishing effect. 

The topcoat coating not only plays the role of beautification and decoration, but also gives many special properties, such as solvent resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance, special chemical resistance and so on. 

The coating process mainly includes brush coating, spraying or coating, etc., UV light irradiation for 8 to 10 seconds curing direct molding.
